Article I
This is the Legislative Branch, it includes several basic rights. Also forbids enactments of bills.
Article II
The Executive Branch can carry out laws passed by Congress.
Article III
The Judicial Branch is where all the judges are. They make the decisions on specific cases.
Article IV
Article four explains the relationship between states and the national government.
Article V
Article five states ways the Constitution may be amended.

Article 6 says all conflicts between states are supreme cases.

Ratification of the Constitution would take place after 9 out of 13 states ratified the amendment.
